Refund and Cancellation Policy
Here are Unlimited Domains Hosting we want to make sure that you receive the highest quality of service for your hosting needs. We want you to feel secure with your purchase.
No matter which hosting you choose, you can have peace of mind knowing that you are covered by our iron clad 56 day (8 week) refund policy.
We do, however, encourage you to think positively about the choice of hosting we offer and consider your needs. If you need to ask questions prior to purchase, please contact Brad through the Online Support Centre and he'll get back to you as soon as he can.
Cancellation Policy
If you no longer require hosting with us, we'd ask that you please contact us through the Online Support Centre and let us know. This way we can terminate the accounts that aren't in use.
You are free to cancel at any time.
If you pay by the month then we will terminate your hosting within 48 hours when we receive notification through our accounts department that your billing has been cancelled.
Accidental Billing Mishaps, Suspensions and Terminations
If - on the odd occassion this occurrs - your credit card is unable to accept the payment for the monthly of yearly billing, we will try and find out if you intend to cancel your hosting.
There is a grace period of 7 days for you to fund payment to us.
Accounts that are behind payment for more than 7 days will be suspended.
All accounts that have been suspended for 30 days or more will be terminated.
